I hope this email finds you well.  I’ve been reflecting a lot on how the whole world has been compelled to attend one big meditation retreat – a collective pattern interrupt of our “doing” selves and an invitation to practice more “BEING”  – experiencing our daily lives with more consciousness and intention….in other words living more from your soul. 

While I truly miss my in person interactions, I’ve been newly inspired to more fully embrace the digital world to evolve how I can serve you in your health journey.

So I’m kicking off future online offerings beginning with my very first Podcast next month: “The Soul  Science Nutrition Podcast”

Where I will explore my signature “Whole-istic” Non-Diet approach to healthy eating, deep self-care and achieving your natural weight.

As you know, I am fed up with wellness gimmicks and diet culture that seek to rob you of your self esteem and keep you from being in your full personal power when it comes to having the health that you desire.

I know that our health and weight issues are a mind body interaction.
