Join me for this fun virtual cooking class where I will share my favorite healthy breakfast ideas to jumpstart your morning. You can cook along with me at home or you can watch and take notes.
We’ll make breakfast recipes that are perfect for making ahead and taking on the go, ones that are quick & easy to whip up in the morning and even a few for days when you have a bit more time to linger over breakfast.
Menu ingredients are gluten and dairy free. Ingredient list will be provided prior to class.
Recipes include: Overnight Coconut Turmeric Chia Oats, Veggie Frittata Muffins, Berry Superfood Smoothie Bowl, Shashuka with Sweet Potatoes and Spinach, and Vegan Grain Free Plantain Waffles/Pancakes.
