Let Food Be Thy Medicine and Medicine Be Thy Food

As human beings, our natural state is health – so quite simply our task is to eat and live in a way that is in harmony wih our “nature”. ☺️🌼🌳⁠

The food we choose eitther supports or hinders our body’s ability to find BALANCE. ⁠

It’s literally “UNnatural” to habitually choose foods that don’t support our health. ⁠

So the key is to make what’s unconscious, more conscious when it comes to the “what, how, when and why” of feeding ourselves. 👀🤔⁠

BUT DIETING teaches you to fear food as the ENEMY and has us obsessing with CALORIES, PERFECTIONISM and SHAME. ⁠

The timless TRUTH is that the FOOD IS OUR BEST ALLY in health. 🥦🥑⁠

We need to go beyond than calories, point systems, good and bad foods …..if you want to have a healthy body and acheive your natural weight without the DEPRIVATON, DRUDGERY — first and foremost you need tools that support SELF AWARENESS and come into the KNOWING that YOU HAVE AN INNATE POWER to SELF REGULATE and SELF HEAL. ⁠

There is overwhelming evidence that wIllpower is a short term strategy and that WHOLE NUTRIENT DENSE PLANT CENTERED EATING is the first line of defense against dis-ease. 🍏🥗🥕⁠
