I came to understand the relationship and powerful effects of the mind-body connection. Up to this point, I had been focusing on the concrete – food I put in my body, exercise I did or didn’t do, hours of sleep etc. I had neglected the inner self – emotions, stress, experiences and perspective. Going forward, I would like to explore breath work, meditation and yoga more. I most definitely would recommend this Program to others; and I have. The most valuable benefit is that it offers a different perspective on what health is and is not and it emphasizes that positive change is attainable at any age or time in your life. –
