What Is Your Body Telling You?

Your body houses a vast intelligence that is communicating with you 24/7. It speaks in the language of tension, pain, sickness, sensations and emotions.

All too often though we are living disconnected from its messages. We habitually deny, distract, manipulate or ignore its subtle and sometimes not so subtle cues that something in our life needs to change.

It takes nothing short of real courage and self compassion to listen….and take action.

I get it. When you acknowledge those signals that edge you out of your comfort zone and urge you to let go of some ways of living that are no longer serving you, it can be scary.

But I believe that we were all designed with an innate wisdom and I’m here to remind you that you are stronger than you know.

So take this moment right now to pause and through your nose breathe a little more deeply.

Give yourself permission to simply check in with your body’s sensations.

Meet yourself exactly where you are. Find a little bit of stillness in your day and get curious.

Even just a few moments here and there can make a huge difference in your quality of life, health, and wellbeing.
