Happy Spring Equinox

This past Monday was the Spring Equinox! So if you’ve been feeling a little stuck over the last few months the good news is that this is the time of year where we can benefit from a natural boost of life force energy in our bodies and minds. As the earth is slowly beginning to come to life again we are invited to focus on our own renewal.

With the equalization of daylight and darkness, the Spring Equinox presents us with a beautiful invitation to live more “in the middle”. It is the perfect time to reflect on what you are ready to let go of in your life so you can find more balance and equilibrium.

With nature’s energy of rebirth all around us, it can be a special opportunity to review our lives and try to make positive changes by more consciously investing in our physical, mental and emotional self care.

Take some time to really look at your life, your state of mind, and how you’re feeling.

Be honest with yourself and notice the areas of your life that need more of your attention.
