Gentle Reminder: Your Health Is An Inside Job

Sending you a big thank you for allowing me to be part of your healing and wellness journey.

My wish for you is that as you bid farewell to 2021 you give yourself the gift of your own time and attention, consciously commit to finding some moments to slow down and engage with your inner world. This was the big life changing lesson back in 2020 and sadly I’ve noticed that way too many folks are falling back into self created stressful routines.

True well being comes from diving deep into the unexplored parts of ourselves, bringing a mindful quality to our everyday moment to moment experience. Presence makes it possible to notice the patterns in our lives that have been keeping us stuck in old and disempowering stories. Presence is always our greatest point of personal power.

We all know that eating wholesome food and moving our body are essential but their real benefit is because they support and enhance your inner state. If you can manage your inner state well, then the outer aspects of your health will fall into place.

Inner exploration brings awareness and compassion to the subconscious and unconscious realms of our being. It’s where we can do the work of dissolving the limiting beliefs and releasing the unresolved emotions that are at the root of all suffering.

Yes, I know “cultivating a strong connection to your authentic self” arguably isn’t as sexy as “Lose 30lbs in 30days!”, but it’s the only place where I believe that genuine health and well being can truy take root.
