Ingredients

  • 1 frozen pre-made Cauliflower pizza crust (“ Caulipower”)
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ cup baby arugula
  • ½ cup roasted red pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup dairy-free mozzarella shreds (“Daiya”)

Procedure

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place the cauliflower crust on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the sauce evenly and layer mushrooms, arugula and bell pepper.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until crust is crispy and golden brown.
